Wednesday Weigh in (cravings??) #PSPfit

The Plus Size Princess Fitness challenge officially started on Monday, but I used last week as a practice and… I lost three pounds!

Sadly, I had been gaining so even though I lost three I need to drop two more to hit my 30 pound mark again. Womp! Womp!

#PSPfit is shaping up to be a great group of girls and seeing everyone tweet/take photos to record our healthy habits is awesome accountability. I’ve avoided eating a few things because I didn’t want to have to take a photo of it!

I’m finding that the minute I decide to get back on my weight loss grind, I start to have really intense cravings for things I don’t want in my diet. This weekend I was craving pumpkin ice cream… I’ve never even had pumpkin ice cream before!! Does this happen to anyone else??

Anyway, Wednesday is my weigh in day, so I’ll be announcing my progress again in one week.

Cardio & Curvy Conversations is this Saturday, so I know I’ll be burning calories there because the class we’ve got planned is phenomenal! Click here to register (it’s free!)

Also, it’s not too late to join #PSPfit. Just leave a comment with your twitter handle & I’ll add you to the list!

How’s everyone else doing with their weight loss goals?

  5. I find that I always get bizarre cravings when I begin a new weight loss plan. Sometimes it’s for things I like, and other times it’s for foods I’ve never even tried! I’m on a strict post-op diet plan now after my bariatric surgery, and I’ve been craving THE strangest things (goya beans and steamed carrots, anyone?!) but I guess there are worse things! Good luck on the challenge. It sounds awesome!

  7. I have never been more determined in my life. I want to feel better, I embarce my curves, and love them just would like them a little more defined. I think figuring out my eating habits are the hardest. There are days, I barely eat enough and then there are the days I over eat. I need to find that middle ground. Keep up the great work.

  9. Keep up the great work! I’ve been working out for almost two months, at least 5 days a week and have lost 20.4 pounds! Just watching my intake of calories and getting 1.5 hours of working out done. I don’t weigh myself often, I don’t want a bad weigh in to not motivate me,.so I go off of how my clothes fit. You’re doing great CeCe, I started working out after reading your blog πŸ™‚
