Its crazy to think that I started TheBigGirlBlog as a hobby to keep me sane while I auditioned for plays in NYC… or that I wrote it anonymously for years. Although I feel like I know so many of you via the comments section, twitter, facebook and emails it wasn’t till this moment at the BlogHer 2012 fashion show that anyone knew what I looked like:
While some of my friends are playing Candy Crush and sites like Http:/GalaBingo.com, who knew that my online hobby could bring me into such an amazing space with amazing women doing amazing things. I am so thankful to the BlogHer community for embracing me and encouraging me to do more, so when they asked if I would speak on two panels for BlogHer 2013 in Chicago, I said “Absolutely!”
