I’m traveling a lot right now, so it’s up to me to keep my workouts fun and interesting. If you follow me on snapchat (CeCeOlisa) you’ve seen me walking, swimming, boxing, etc.
Yesterday I was working out in my parents back yard. I realized that I haven’t created a one song workout for you girls in a while, so I took my camera and started messing around to “Work”, by Rihanna. Shout out to AceMula for this remix!
I think it’s easy to take fitness too seriously, but movement is fun and makes me happy so I do it and I share it with you girls.
Is this my most perfect workout ever? Nope, but I had fun and I moved my body in a way that made me feel awesome for the rest of the day. If you’re in a position where a regular gym schedule isn’t possible for you, I challenge you to find ways to move.
