Before we move on to #PSPfit Bootcamp Cycle 2, I want to take a moment and acknowledge some of the girls from #PSPfit Bootcamp (Cycle 1).
The girls who signed on for bootcamp last spring are very special to me. They trusted the #PSPfit team with their time and energy, they kept me going and encouraged me when I was down and they support each other in ways that have created real friendships.
