Over time, bras have definitely evolved significantly. These days there are a variety of bra styles out there and they all have their special occasions for when they can be worn. Now, women can have certain bras within their wardrobe to accommodate these varying needs.
Padded bras are one sort of bra that everyone should have. Small breasted women find this kind of bra provides much needed volume to increase the appearance of the breast size. On the other hand, larger busted women can also benefit from this bra style. Padding adds additional support and can assist in shaping.
A second bra every woman should own is a push-up bra. The intent of a push-up bra is the provide lift to the breast as well as push them toward the middle. This creates fuller looking cleavage. It also elevates and lifts the breast which can help with shaping as well.
Convertible bras come with detachable straps. These straps can be repositioned to accommodate varying styles of clothing. For instance, they can be altered to go with a halter dress so straps will be hidden. This bra has a lot of implications for wear. Panache bras offer different kinds of convertible bras including some high quality cheap bras.
The U-plunge bra is a special bra with a front part that is shaped like the letter U. For women who need a bra to accommodate a garment with a plunging neckline, the u-plunge bra is ideal. Given the wider front part, it can create the appearance that one is not wearing a bra at all.
Hi, Cece! Are you planning to do a curvy convo in December? I’ll be in NYC, and I would love to go to one! 🙂 I’m on the PSPfit challenge too, but I started in August. Lost 26 pounds til now, my goal is 34 pounds til Christmas, but I don’t think I’ll manage that. Mainly cause of December in NYC. hahaha
Well, good luck to us all! lol
Love your blog! 🙂
Hi Mari!!
I don’t have anything planned for next month 🙁 If something comes up last minute I’ll let you know… I see you on the PSPfit challenge though, so inspiring! I’ve got some holiday goals to reach too… xoxo
Very useful post and good advice, especially regarding hand washing and lingerie bags. There’s nothing fun in finding the underwire outside of your bra after throwing it in with the rest of your clothes one too many times!
There is evidently a lot to know about this. I feel you made various good points in features also.
You are my aspiration, I possess few web logs and often run out from brand :).
