Hey CeCe!
I’ve been battling with my weight for years now, along with pcos and hypothyroidism. Every time i get started, I end up giving in to what my body wants rather than needs. What made you look in the mirror & decide to do what you’ve done?

Hi Hayley!
For me, “getting healthy” is not a single decision that is made once in the mirror. Getting healthy is a series of tiny decisions made over and over again throughout my day. Consistent tiny decisions helped me lose 55 pounds and more importantly, got me to a better place with my PCOS, irregular periods, eczema, acne, etc.
Extreme dieting makes me feel isolated, like I can’t go anywhere but the gym or the salad bar (borrringgg!). On the other hand, consistent tiny decisions makes it easier to feel like a normal person while I tackle my health issues. I go out and have fun while I get my health together (don’t wait on your weight to live the life you want, remember?)
I’ve been making a list of all of the tiny decisions that help me and instead of listing them all here and overwhelming everyone, I thought it might be fun to email an easy healthy decision to you girls every day for a week. Hopefully that’s helpful to you on your journey!
