So many of you were inspired by my Quinoa for Breakfast post, I thought I’d bring you a new healthy breakfast option, brown rice for breakfast! Why Brown Rice? Worlds Healthiest Foods sums it up well: The health benefits of brown rice continue with its fiber, which has been shown to reduce high cholesterol levels, one more way brown rice helps prevent atherosclerosis. 3 Minute Plus Size Workout Routine #MakeYourMove
