Listen, July was INTENSE for me.
I spent my birthday in the Hamptons, then a few days later I had surgery. Now I'm on crutches, doing physical therapy three times per week and I started drinking green juice every day to give my body some extra love as I heal.

A few things you should know about me before we begin:
I’m a single girl. I live in New York City. I live alone. I’m a solo-entrepreneur. My family lives thousands of miles away from me. I’ve been in my apartment for over a month due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

How to be Vulnerable
To me, what she’s asking is pretty simple-- how can I be vulnerable and still protect myself?
This is such a good question, it’s something I think about (and work on) all the time.
I understand that it may be tempting to use vulnerability to connect with people online. You can absolutely be vulnerable, but don’t have to “spill all your tea” if you don’t want to.
Here is a rule I follow when it comes to vulnerability in my work.
