This is one of my favorite ways to live a healthier lifestyle. Having a fruit or veggie at every meal is the perfect way to improve your health in such an easy way. Fruits and vegetables are a great source of vitamins and minerals needed to help keep our bodies running. Eating things like bananas and sweet potatoes can help keep your body energized throughout the day. You can even be creative and find new ways to get in your fruits and veggies — I am a sucker for a kale smoothie in the morning.

Thanks for the inspiration CeCe! At this time of the year everyone is thinking about getting healthier and this really helps. I too have osteoarthritis in my knees and have started taking glucosamine, but I could not figure out for the life of me why my lips were so dry all of a sudden until I read your post.
