Ever since I started posting outfits with my Gucci Belt, I’ve been bombarded with questions about how to purchase a plus size gucci belt, how I figured out sizing and I made a Gucci belt work for my plus size body.

So, today I’m sharing the exact steps I took so that I would know how to buy a Gucci belt in plus size:

Step One: How to Find your Gucci Belt Size

To find your size in Gucci, you will need to measure your waist in cm. You know best where you like to wear your belt (high on the waist, low on the hips, etc.) so measure your waist exactly where you’d want the belt to live. I suggest putting on your favorite pair of high waist jeans and taking the measuring tape around the waist band, since that’s where your belt will be.

I’ll let you know right now that the largest Gucci belt size is 120cm.

I bought a black Gucci Belt online in 120cm and it was actually too big for me. I had to decide if I wanted to go to a shoe cobbler and have them add holes, or if I wanted to get a smaller size.

I ended up getting a smaller size and exchanging the black for this gorgeous blush Gucci belt because everyone has black and I wanted something a little different/unexpected. It also isn’t sold out as much.

Special Tip: You can also just go into the store and try on belts. I know it feels like it may be embarrassing if it doesn’t fit, but if you do your initial measurements and are clear that the 120cm or less range will work for you, then you can go in confidently and play. Sadly, these belts are in high demand and you’ll probably end up ordering the belt online anyway because that’s the quickest way to get one, but I’m just throwing another option out for you.

  1. Gucci dosent want fat people to wear their stuff. I think the real solution is lots of exersize and decent diet.

    1. Matt FYI Gucci does not care if fat people wear their items or not. They are very happy that people are spending almost $500.00 dollars on a belt. Secondly why are you on CECE blog. Idiot BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Really, she looks Great! If they don’t want large people to wear the belt why do they make them to fit large people. Matt your a Dog! What’s inside a person is what counts. You have just showed what’s inside you.

  3. Just to help you look less unintelligent in the future, it’s “you’re a dog”. But you are correct Debra, it is what’s on the inside that counts. But that doesn’t change the fact that high fashion accessories, such as Gucci belts, are not intended for those that have too much fat on the inside.

    1. Hey Andrew!
      Question to ask you…
Just on the inside fat ,right?
      Not the outside fat?
      Good to know the difference.

      Also to Matt….
Did the CEO of Gucci tell you that?
If you know him tell him to hook CeCe up!

Thanks, smooches and bless your heart.

      1. I was meary responding to the comment made that what’s on the inside is what counts. I never used the word “just”, insinuating that fat can be anywhere but inside. But your failed attempt to outwit has been noted. You might want to consider leaving logical arguments to those that think logically.

  4. Trolls came out quickly- meanwhile..CeCe can afford a Gucci belt! Do you homegirl. Be snatched! As you say- don’t wait on your weight to live your best life! If the belt fits, wear it!
