How to Create a Good Night Routine | A Beginners Guide

My morning routine is at the core of my confidence and success. Whenever I talk how I became a proud member of the 5am club, you dolls often ask me the same question “CeCe, what time do you go to bed?”

In order to have a confidence boosting morning routine, you must create a good night routine. It might seem like an indulgent luxury to take the time for yourself before bed, but it’s really worth every second of tranquility. The good news is that you don’t have to create your night routine overnight (see what I did there? lol). Creating a good night routine is best done slowly overtime. Here are a few questions you should as when creating a good night routine:

Does Making Your Bed Help You Sleep Better?

Studies show that just over 80% of people felt their mornings were better after making the bed, only 50-percent reported being very productive at work and 58 percent said they were simply “productive.” If you want to boost your confidence, creativity and productivity, the first step of your night routine will happen in the morning when you make your bed.
