This is the most important way to live healthier in 2019. Who we surround ourself with — our friends and family — can have the most impact on our lives. As 24Life says, “Community is good for your health, but only if it is a good community.” Surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals, people who will be there to encourage and support you throughout your health journey — and life in general — can be key to a healthier 2019.
