Taking the time for daily prayer and meditation has so many health benefits. It helps to keep your mind and body balanced, a way to reset after a long day.

According to Healthline.com, stress can weaken your immune system. When we are stressed, our body’s ability to fight infection is reduced. Meditating for at least 10 minutes each day, can drastically help decrease stress, improving your health.

I like to read Jesus Calling, pray and take time to meditate and listen. Then I listen to my Dont Quit Your Daydream playlist and I’m ready to take on the day

    Thanks for the inspiration CeCe! At this time of the year everyone is thinking about getting healthier and this really helps. I too have osteoarthritis in my knees and have started taking glucosamine, but I could not figure out for the life of me why my lips were so dry all of a sudden until I read your post. You’re always dropping the gems!
