Girl, it is hot… and living in NYC there’s no escaping it.
The streets are hot, the subway stations are hot… and my pre-war apartment doesn’t have central air conditioning so until I come home and turn on my window unit… it’s hot there too!
So, I’ve been on a mission to find a summer makeup routine that gave me maximum coverage with minimal product.
I have a lot of skin pigmentation, so I want that covered up. On the other hand I’m not always in the mood to do a full face when I know it’s just going to sweat off in these NYC streets.
My friends with fair skin swear by tinted moisturizer, but the ones I tried didn’t quite work with my complexion and skin discoloration.
When the tinted moisturizers I tried didn’t quite work, I set out to create my own.
I’m excited to say I found an easy two step version of tinted moisturizer with lots of coverage… want to see how I do it?
Step 1: Mist a little Jurlique Rose Water Balancing Mist onto your face.
Boom, you’re done!
How hot is it in your city this weekend?
