I get emails every week asking for tips on how to work out with “bad knees”.
There are lots of jumping jacks, lunges and squats in my plus size workout videos, but I totally understand that not everyone can do those things.
To be honest, I wasn’t always able to do those things! When my weight was higher, I often had sore joints that made certain exercises uncomfortable for me.
Having weak or sore knees might get in the way of our health goals, but I never want you girls to feel discouraged. In my experience there are modifications for almost everything!! When I modified my workouts, I was still able to get the results I was looking for and eventually I didn’t need as many modifications.
So, I’ve been working on a free video series with exercises to strengthen your knees and modifications to keep your knees safe, the video series is called “How to Get Fit with Bad Knees” and I’m happy to say that it’s available right now!
