Which Dress Should I Wear for Valentine’s Day?

February 13 2015 | CeCe Olisa

Hi Girls! Are you all set with your plans for this long weekend?

After going through Last minute Valentine’s Day Dresses, I ordered a some cute pieces and now I need to narrow them down. Vday falls on a Saturday, which means we don’t have to worry about dressing for both the office and date night. We can be as cute and/or sexy as we want to be tomorrow *body roll*

I made a little YouTube video below with four different dresses I have on deck for tomorrow night, I’m hoping you guys will let me know which dress you think I should wear. Links to the dresses and shoes are down at the bottom (sorry the necklace is sold out).

I love the one with the pink! But then, I just love pink… I’m wearing a black tulle skirt (so poofy!) with a bedazzled red crop top.

I guess it depends what you are going to do and what your exposure will be to weather. I love the sleeveless black bodycon dress with the deep V for a nighttime activities like dinner, dancing, etc. But if you are planning a full day of activities, I’d go with the striped dress or the one with pink on it. I love the pink one for anytime this spring, so if you don’t wear it tomorrow, I hope you showcase it on a nice sunny day in the future! Happy Galentines/Valentines Day!

The exposed brick in the background is fantastic. But more importantly the clothes! You are an inspiration, I want to go shopping with you! I’m just attempting to dress like a grown up :/

As much as I love black, I wear it way too much working in fundraising, plus color is fun! I did like the third dress, like cut and it was HOT.

My fav though was the fourth because of the color pop. I may have to get that myself.

I’m cooking dinner at home tomorrow, but perhaps I should wear something cute for after 😉

Like others have said, it kind of depends on what your plans are. Personally, if you really want to wear the red shoes & necklace, I’d go with either #1 ( Both sexy and classy for intimate dinner and/or dancing. The red accessories would give a nice pop of color too!); or #4 (Besides the accessories being a perfect match, from watching the video, you seem the most comfortable in this dress. It’s fun, flirty and fabulous…just like you! Plus, it’d be great for any venue.). But, which ever dress you choose, know you’ll look absolutely gorgeous 🙂

There’s just something very sleek and sexy about dress #1, so I vote for that. It allows you to feature the necklace and shoes really well, or if not a necklace, some very dramatic earrings. 🙂 Ok…I think I’m dressing myself now. lol In the end, as long as you feel happy, you will look good in your dress.

I am in between dress two and three. Two would be great with both the shoes and necklace. But three is smokin’! Maybe with a black heel, but that necklace would be great with it. I think it depends on your plans for the evening. Two feels a bit more casual to me, and three feels like a wonderful night on the town.

By the way, I love all of them on you!

I think you look wonderful on all four dresses, however, the first black V-cut dress is just the right dress for V-Day. Its sexy, it makes a statement when you walk in the room, and it is gorgeous on you!. That sassy dress and the pop of red classy heels and the accessory to match will turn heads. You have a great Valentine and I love your videos and the wisdom of knowledge you share.

Hi, like the others stated, the venue, drives the outfit. But, I love all pretty things, and these dresses on you are just that! (I am planning to buy #1) 😉
