I have a new plus size workout video for you today! A few of you have asked for a video that was easier on your knees and didn’t have as many jumping jacks, so we created a low impact workout for this week.
A tip for increasing the intensity of this workout is to keep your tummy tight and engaged the whole time. That will create a tension for you to move through that will make the workout more difficult. Even if the workout feels slower for some of you, engaging your core will amp up this workout for sure.
