Once upon a time, I signed up for a few sessions with a pricey personal trainer. Every time I left him I felt sweaty and sore, which was what I wanted, but something felt weird. After a few sessions I finally realized– I wasn’t having fun with him. He was 100% focused on reps and form but 0% focused on the heart of fitness.
For me fitness is about more than results. Its about loving my body and feeling good! When I don’t work out I’m a little more “blah” (is anyone else like that?). Workouts are good, fun workouts are wayyy better.
Anyway, between Robbie and our second #PSPfit trainer Ashley Fettig, I’ve been having a good time moving my body. Ashley and I had a fun session this weekend and we came up with a workout video combining body weight strength training and the choreography from the “Come Get it Bae” video, which is one of my jams right now.
Big girls DO work out… so get up and move with me 🙂
If you don’t have a lot of time, this is a nice 3 minute boost for your day… if you have a little more time, you can do the routine as many times as you want… I definitely broke a sweat!
