Big girls often are told “cardio! cardio! cardio!” for weight loss, but strength and endurance is a huge part of Healthy Curves at Every Size for me. I like being strong (and I really like the idea of preventing skin sag as much as possible).
Personal Trainer, Robbie Ann Darby has designed 10 plus size fitness moves for us that we can do as a group in the park or at home using kitchen counters and chairs.
Do each move for one minute without stopping and trust me in 10 mins, you’ll be putting in major work. My goal is to be able to do the 10 minute set three times… right now I can do it full force twice… cheat sheet below:
